Cyber Security Valley UK Proud to Announce That  Genevieve Wells, Managing Director, Hayman Executive is Their First Partner

Cyber Security Valley UK are delighted to be partnering with Genevieve Wells, founder and Managing Director of Hayman Executive, a specialist recruitment firm working with cyber vendors to find them the best talent in the UK and Europe to enable them to meet their business objectives.

Genevieve is a highly experienced consultant, delivering on mission-critical positions for her clients. She joined the Software Sales Recruitment industry in the mid 90’s at the very beginning of what became the ‘dot.com’ boom, before being head hunted to US recruitment start-up Hall Kinion. There, after establishing herself as a top biller, she was promoted to Manager, UK Operations, heading up a top performing team and helping many firms, including Hall Kinion, to achieve their revenue growth objectives and successfully IPO.

Genevieve’s recruitment experience also includes Legal, Agency and In-House. This combination of exposure to different markets makes Genevieve ideally placed to respond to her clients varying needs and demonstrates her ability to successfully source for a diverse range of roles.

The backbone of Genevieve’s experience is in sourcing client facing professionals for the Enterprise Software market and for the last few years, more specifically, the Cyber Security software industry where she has helped many young organisations build the teams that brought them success.

Prior to Recruitment, Genevieve’s early career as an Account Manager and National Customer Service Manager with a blue-chip service provider, gave her a solid foundation in business as a manager of teams with large revenue responsibility. Having had to hire into her own teams many times, Genevieve fully understands the pressure to get it right and how this impacts the bottom line.

Genevieve’s style is to work closely with a small portfolio of clients, focussed on providing a high-quality service and becoming part of the team.  This approach has worked time and time again with clients either making their first hiring moves in Europe or going through their first phase of ‘rapid growth’ where having the right people on board is essential.
